Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
Typescript requirements.
The article should have the results of the finished research and its stages; literate presentation, which is consistent in style, the conclusions are proved and logical.
The author may publish only 2 articles in a volume.
Printed and electronic versions (Microsoft Word document) of the article are given to Editors, as well as an expert report on the possibility to publish the article, and information about the authors (first name, middle name and last name; degree level, academic title, working place, position, contact details (contact phone number, e-mail)).
Structure of the article: Universal Decimal Classification, title, the authors, annotation, key words, full text of the article, reference. The title, annotation, key words and information about the authors are given in English on the separate page.
Format: mirror margins, head margin – 23, bottom margin -23, right margin – 25 mm. Font – Times New Roman, font size – 14. Indention - 0,7 cm, paragraph interval - 0 points, line interval – sesquialteral. Pictures and diagrams should be grouped and have the names.

Reference guidelines for Reference List in Latin.
If the article with the reference is translated into English and published in the English version, it is necessary to mark the reference to the translated source! You can find a translated source on web-site: http://www.mathnet.ru.
As a rule bibliographical entry of the articles has the following sequence: authors (transliteration), translation of the title into English, the title of the article (transliteration) in square brackets, name of the source (transliteration in italics), publisher’s imprint in English.
Pay special attention to the fact that all the words except the articles, conjunctions and prepositions in the title of the articles and names of periodicals are started with capital letters.

The main point in conference proceedings is the name of the conference which is in the original language (use transliteration if there is no English name) in italics. In brackets there is the translation of the name into English. Publisher’s imprint such as location, place of publication, the number of pages are in English as well.

The name of the source no matter whether it is a journal, monograph, collected volume or the name of the conference should be in italics as given in the above examples. Additional information, that is translation of the name of the source into English, is given in square brackets in the same font used for all elements of description.

Annotation guidelines.
Recommended volume of annotation is less than 500 words. It includes the reasons for the selection of the topic and subjects of the article, research methods, results obtained, their novelty, assessment of theoretical and practical importance.
