This paper presents a vibration energy-harvesting system for autonomous power supply of structural health monitoring (SHM) sensors on the Veresk railway bridge. The study addresses the challenge of providing a reliable energy source for wireless sensors installed on hard-to-access structures. Train-induced vibrations are analyzed using transient dynamic modeling, and the potential harvestable vibration energy is estimated. The results demonstrate that the vibration response parameters are sufficient to power low-consumption SHM sensors, enabling the implementation of a self-sustaining monitoring sensor network.Downloads
