Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop methods for ranking defects and damages in industrial buildings by the degree of importance and to improve their classification, taking into account risk criteria. The object of the study is industrial buildings. The subject of the study is the parameters of defects and damages of buildings and criteria for their assessment. The research methods are based on normative calculations of structures and a methodology for assessing their technical condition. As a result of the research, various criteria for assessing the criticality of defects and damages have been proposed. The classification of defects and damages has been improved and expanded, taking into account risk parameters and the possibility of codification in various digital models of buildings. The practical signific-ance lies in the application of a risk-based approach to ranking nonconformities, which forms the basis for the development of a scientifically based program of operational repairs of buildings.
