The article discusses a modern technology for assessing the seismic resistance and technical condition of existing buildings based on the method of vibrodynamic testing. A description of the Strela-P hardware and software mobile diagnostic system, testing methodology, and obtained data analysis is presented. A reallife example of inspecting a multi-apartment residential building demonstrates the effectiveness of the technology for identifying the weaken-ing of structural stiffness characteristics, assessing physical deterioration, and determining the need for unscheduled inspections and structural strengthening.Published
