THE ANALYSIS OF URBAN PLANNING RESIDENTIAL AREA INDEXES
Abstract
In the article the balance of residential area is considered, a number of urban planning
regularities is given, the urban planning coefficient is studied, the specific index of needs in
public areas is introduced, the relationship between the specific indexes and the number of
storeysin the housing system is determined.
