Методика решения связанной задачи гидродинамической теории смазки и нелинейной динамики для механической системы «коленчатый вал на подшипниках скольжения»
Аннотация
на смазочных слоях, дифференциального уравнения Рейнольдса для неньютоновской жидкости и теплового баланса для определения гидромеханических характеристик подшипников, а также уравнений пяти моментов для определения нагрузок, действующих на все коренные подшипники с учетом упругих свойств картера, многоопорного коленчатого вала, а также нелинейных свойств смазочных слоев, возможных смещений центров опор и шеек из-за технологических, тепловых и других факторов. При моделировании течения смазочного материала в зазоре каждого подшипника использована модель структурированного смазочного слоя, учитывающая образование на
поверхностях трения высоковязких граничных слоев. Для определения упругих
свойств блок-картера двигателя и коленчатого вала использованы трехмерные конечноэлементные модели конструкций. Методика позволяет оценивать одновременное влияние ряда конструктивных, технологических и эксплуатационных факторов на работоспособность системы коренных подшипников. Выполнена расчетная оценка гидромеханических характеристик коренных подшипников дизеля типа ЧН 13/15. Показано влияние газовых сил на упругие перемещения опор коленчатого вала.
