Problems of formation of civil society in modern Russia

Abstract


The article reveals the major problems of the formation of civil society in Russia: traditions and
historical heritage, the weakness of the legal and social framework of the political culture of the population, the opposition, the state of social anomie, ethno-regional character of civil society, the interaction of the structures and authorities. Concludes that overcoming difficulties and challenges Russia will find its way civil society that will match its history.
