PLACE ACTS LOCAL TECHNICAL AND LEGAL REGULATION IN THE SUSTEM OF LOCAL REGULATIONS

Abstract


The system of local procedural legal regulations is considered in the article. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legal nature of internal documents of the company with technical standards. The requirements for mandatory legislation development and implementation of local procedural legal acts in the company as well as cases of adoption of such acts on the initiative of the business entity are considered.
