FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL LINGUISTIC PERSONALITY OF A LAWYER AT ONLINE STUDY MODE (BASED ON ORATORY COURSE FOR THE LAWYERS)

Abstract

Some problems of the use of information and communication technologies to form professional linguistic personality of a lawyer at online study mode on the basis of Oratory course for the lawyers are considered in the article. Peculiar features of linguistic and communicative competence are analyzed. On the basis of research performed the author comes to the conclusion that the use of information and communication technologies requires creative and scientific approach, study and mastering modern information systems from modern lecturer, it contributes to the development of critical thinking and self-organization of a student.
