GROUNDS FOR INITIATION OF A CRIMINAL CASE – COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE OF KAZAKHSTAN
Abstract
Comparatively legal analysis of grounds to initiate a criminal case provided for by the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan is made; existing differences are revealed; some issues to specify them are given in accordance with law enforcement practice.
