Abstract

The paper presents a statement of the problem of mathematical study of pressing process of pipes of varying section. A mathematical model is developed for defining the effort of pressing when a specific calibration of pressing tool is used allowing to predict the possibility of manufacturing pipes of the set assortment and to define the rational form of pressing tool. Results of numerical research of pressing process by means of the obtained model are presented
