IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS OF QUALITY CONTROL OF ABRASIVE MIXTURES

Quality of the abrasive tool is formed at all stages of technological process. The special place in production of the abrasive tool is taken by operation of preparation of abrasive mixtures from many components. Costs of its production considerably define prime cost and quality of finished goods.
At the same time process of preparation of mixtures is a bottleneck in production of the tool, one of the most labor-consuming and power-intensive operations. Lack of scientifically based methods of forecasting of quality of mixtures, and also reliable operational methods of quality control of mixtures constrains development of the effective technical solutions allowing to realize possibilities of process of roll mixture. The abrasive mixture representing mechanical composition with the different share relation of a vylkanitovy sheaf and abrasive material is received by method of roll mixture with use of the rolling equipment. The mode of control now in use of readiness (uniformity) of
a mixture has subjective character and has considerable errors. And resonant and ultrasonic pulse quality control of finished products in relation to crude abrasive mixtures isn't suitable.
Now in different spheres of production the control methods of properties of products using possibilities of digital shooting and computer processing of the color maintenance of a picture by means of programs of computer graphics are widely adopted.
Digital photographing of a surface of an abrasive mixture and the analysis of the image by means of programs of computer graphics allow to estimate the maintenance of solid and viscous phases in tests on different sites of the processed volume of a mixture and to judge uniformity of
a mixture. It is the turn will allow to provide expeditious and reliable quality control of a mixture, and more effectively to realize possibilities of process of production of grinding products of abrasive mixtures.
