Abstract

Decision making is considered as an optimal decision rule for a radio system. The algorithms for combining particular solutions based on a Bayesian approach is analyzed. A method for computing the optimal decision rule to determine the class membership of observed values is proposed. The method enables the effective use of particular solutions for making a general decision in another alphabet. The decision is based on information about the composition of the objects under study and their distribution into classes. The method also enables the optimal accounting of the current validity of these particular solutions.
