Abstract

The results of experimental research of randomly reinforced fiberglass are given, data on sensitivity of the material strength to the stress point in the form of a hole are obtained. The effective tensile strength for the material with non-local express criterion is defined. The finite element method is used to estimate the effective size of finite element.
