Abstract

Calcinations products of the polymer based on furan resin modified with a surfactant and a solvent have been investigated. Materials structure has been studied by electron microscopy. The region of solution composition in which the bicontinuous structure is formed as a three-dimensional network of linked polymer droplets has been disclosed. The droplet size ranges from 0.3 to 1.5 micrometers.
