THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE GALLIUM – NITROGEN SYSTEM

The parameters of the phase equilibria of the gallium – nitrogen system were calculated and the phase diagram of this system was plotted. The temperature and pressure of the monotectic transformation were determined. The effect of total pressure on the thermal stability of phases in this system was shown.References
