This paper examines the relevance of e-government in Russia taking into account all the latest trends in the development of e-government in Russia and throughout the world. This paper analyzes the relevance of e-government in terms of time and financial investment in Russia and various countries. The basis is a rating of the United Nations. It is investigated the possibility of deepening the process of modernization of e-government and how to interact with citizens and businesses by the government, it’s given the experience of different countries in achieving high performance in the field of e-government and modernization.References
