The Planning Model Formalization in Production Companies

The article suggests the inspection technique, and the formalization of information flows in organizational management in companies using the technique of planning. The planning methods based on the notion of product specifications , production system models. The article describes the functional model of the business planning process , the relationship model of the production system and the system of planning , the scheduling algorithm is presented in automated integrated systems of enterprise management (MRP/ERP systems). Model Production System includes the specification of the material objects, routes, processes , operational data . This paper describes an example of the implementation of the production management plan and example of formation of a strategy to manage production plans. We discuss variants for solving problems in unplanned situations . We try to classify the production of abnormal situations and to consider a matrix of the overhead of management strategies.
