Discusses the history of the emergence and development of business games as a method of analysis and conflict resolution. It is noted that conflicts occur in many areas of human activity related to the economy, production and trade in the political wars and so on. The necessity of building models, which form the basis of business games, which should adequately reflect the situation investigated. Examines how to build business games, a series of steps and the content of each stage. An example of a business game, underlines the importance of the preliminary analysis of the participants of the game models for a better understanding of the mutual influence of the behavior of the individual participant in the game, and the prize for winning the other participants.
