Development of Web-Sites Teacher and Department of the University and Their Use for the Creation of an Effective Control System of Educational Process

The article discusses current trends and the environmental parameters with regard to the information, electronic and education environment of university. The authors consider the modern means of state control as, for example, the information system for the remote control of compliance with legal requirements within maintenance of disclosure of educational institutions. Federal Education and Science Supervision Agency Service controls online the university for the compliance with the content of a web site as displaying various functioning university parameters, including the education process for compliance with the legal field of the Russian Federation. Thus, developing mathematical control model of parameters visualization on the university website becomes an urgent issue, and as a consequence – the integration of the education process in the electronic information and educational environment. The following model, the electronic medium in the form of a verticallyintegrated web-site of instructor, department, institute and university are represented. The technical aspects of the system implementation are considered.
