Expert Option and Assessment of an Innovation Project in the Technology Park

On the basis of application of the step-by-step scheme for solving the problem, an algorithm for managing innovative projects in the scientific-manufacture center of the technology park at a higher educational institution is proposed. For expert analysis, search and selection of the best innovative project, mathematical support is offered. With the help of the algorithmic and mathematical model, a program of automated analysis, selection and assessment of an innovative project for its further manufacture release in the technological park has been developed.
