Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
The following are accepted for publication:
1) Research Paper
– a completed scientific study using economic and mathematical tools, containing original empirical or practice-oriented results. An article of this type is distinguished by: justification of the relevance of the problem being solved, the presence of a research goal and hypothesis; a brief theoretical review of existing approaches with clarification of controversial issues; research methods, including the author's original methodology in the context of the formulated hypothesis; research results (calculations based on the developed methodology); analysis of newly obtained results, confirmation or refutation of the hypothesis; conclusions in comparison with existing solutions to the problem. The article is analytical in nature.
2) Scientific Review (Review Paper)
– development of theoretical provisions, methodology of economic research, containing original conclusions and/or recommendations. An article of this type is based on an in-depth analysis and generalization of existing theoretical sources (geographic diversity is required), systematization of methodological approaches and categorical apparatus on the problem under consideration, the presence of the author's interpretation of the content of the economic phenomenon under study, and the identification of new promising scientific directions. The article contains a statement of the problem and its relevance, the purpose and hypothesis of the research; a theoretical review of the research topic with clarification of debatable/unresolved problems and a specification of the research gap; an overview of the research methodology and justification of the original author's approach; conclusions in comparison with existing approaches, a conclusion. This type of article is theoretical and methodological in nature.
3) Short Communications
– an article presenting original and important materials subject to subsequent research.
Scientific articles and scientific reviews must be original, specifically: they create or add to new knowledge compared to the existing scientific base on the chosen research topic. The article must clearly demonstrate the author's expertise, including knowledge of the views of leading Russian and international scientists on the issue under consideration. Originality of works, among other things, implies that they have not been previously published anywhere and are not submitted to multiple publications simultaneously. Authors undertake to adhere to the principles adopted by the editorial board.
Article Structure and Content Requirements
Scientific articles and scientific reviews should be up to 35,000 characters long, including the bibliography. Type the text of the article in a single column using 14-point Times New Roman. Paragraph alignment should be justified. First-line indentation should be 0.7 cm. Line spacing should be single. Enable automatic word wrap.
Brief reports should be no more than 5 pages long.
Place the article title in the first line of text, centered, in bold, 14-point Arial, all capital letters.
Place the authors' full names, organization names, and city on separate lines after the article title, centered, using 12-point Arial, bold, and italic. Articles by postgraduate students and PhD candidates may be accepted for publication without co-authorship with a doctoral or candidate of sciences candidate, provided they have a substantiated recommendation from their supervisor. Articles co-authored by undergraduate or master's students are not accepted for publication. The total number of authors per article is limited to three.
The article structure includes the following components: title, abstract, keywords, introduction, theory and methods, results, discussion and conclusions, and references.
ARTICLE PREPARATION CHECKLIST FOR SUBMISSION
As part of the submission process, authors must check their article for compliance with all of the following points. Articles that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors. This checklist is required for a final review of the article before submission to the journal and contains a list of mandatory information.
Required information (up to 35,000 characters):
– Article title;
– A structured abstract of 200–250 words;
– Keyword(s) relevant to the article's topic (5–8 words or phrases consisting of no more than three words);
– A properly formatted list of references;
– Article title, full author information, abstract, and keywords. The list of references must be provided in Russian and English;
– UDC;
– Any mentioned scholar's name must be accompanied by a reference to the source in the bibliography; citations of sources must match the bibliography for the text;
– Signatures and numbering of graphic elements are required;
– Data sources (in tables, figures, text) with the date of access for electronic resources;
– Numbering of mathematical expressions;
– High-quality translated article metadata (title, abstract, keywords, bibliography, author information): authors' full last name, first name, and patronymic; academic degree; academic title; position; affiliation of each author in the nominative case (full name of the organization the author represents); contact information (postal address, email);
– The length of a scientific article and scientific review is up to 35,000 characters, including the bibliography (excluding spaces);
– References to foreign sources must account for at least 40%;
– References to Resolutions, Decrees, and Laws should be provided in footnotes (not in the list of sources) or when compiling tables (at the end of the table when indicating the data source);
– Self-citation of no more than 5% of references;
– References to textbooks and teaching aids are not permitted.
MANUSCRIPTS FORMATTED IN A DIFFERENCE FROM THESE RULES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BY THE EDITORIAL BOARD.
The editorial board of a scientific journal uses specialized tools to check the uniqueness of publication texts, allowing them to detect text generated by artificial intelligence. When writing an article, the responsibility for the correctness, originality, reliability, and scientific validity of all submitted materials lies entirely with the authors. AI is not considered a co-author of the article, and the use of AI tools that include generative artificial intelligence is not allowed. The editorial board of the journal reserves the right to reject an article if violations regarding the use of AI tools are detected.

Russian reference guidelines for Reference List in Latin
If the article with the reference is translated into English and published in the English version, it is necessary to mark the reference to the translated source!
As a rule bibliographical entry of the articles has the following sequence: authors (transliteration), translation of the title into English, the title of the article (transliteration) in square brackets, name of the source (transliteration in italics), publisher’s imprint in English.
Pay special attention to the fact that all the words except the articles, conjunctions and prepositions in the title of the articles and names of periodicals are started with capital letters.

The main point in conference proceedings is the name of the conference which is in the original language (use transliteration if there is no English name) in italics. In brackets there is the translation of the name into English. Publisher’s imprint such as location, place of publication, the number of pages are in English as well.

The name of the source no matter whether it is a journal, monograph, collected volume or the name of the conference it should be in italics as given in the above examples. Additional information, that is translation of the name of the source into English, is given in square brackets in the same font used for all elements of description.

Annotation guidelines
Author’s summary (annotation) is a brief report of the article which is larger in terms of volume. It is published separately from the original text of the article and must be clear without reading full text of the article.
Recommended volume of summary is from 120 up to 250 words.
Summary includes the following content of the article:
- subject, topic, objective of the article;
- method and procedures for research;
- results of research;
- sphere of the results;
- conclusions.
Summary contains information of the problem to be solved, methods of solution, results and conclusions. Summary shouldn’t contain figures, diagrams, reference and funding sources with their references. Tables, formula, figures, pictures, charts, diagrams are unacceptable.
Syntactic constructions in the text of the summary should have the language of scientific documents; one should avoid complex grammatical structures.
The author should present the summary in English as well. Terms peculiar to foreign texts in the field are to be used in the English version of the summary. One should avoid using terms which are direct loan translation of the Russian terms. It is necessary to keep the unity of terms within the article.
