  1. Requirements for submission of the articles

    Editorial Board asks the authors to follow the guidelines and examples given below while submitting the articles for publishing. The articles, executed with departures from the guidelines given are not reviewed by the Editorial Board.

    Scientific articles of the journal must have the following data:

    • First name, last name and middle name of the authors (full names);
    • Working place of the authors in the Nominative Case (if there are any);
    • Contact information (postal address, e-mail);
    • Title of the article;
    • Annotation (from120 up to 250 words, formula and references are unacceptable);
    • Key words (not less than 10 words and collocations), every key word is separated from the others with a comma;
    • Universal Decimal Classification codes.

    All data should be translated into Russian and English.

    In the end of the article there is a list of references and bibliographical reference. In the list and bibliographical references there are the sources which the author refers to in the article.

    To submit scientific articles to foreign citation index there are additional requirements to the list of references:

    – the average number of references to the Russian articles is from 10 to 20 sources;

    – it is not recommended to make reference to provisions, laws, orders and other official sources. References should be made to the author’s articles.

    The list of references is executed in accordance with the State Standard ГОСТ 7.1-2003 «Bibliographical reference. Bibliographical description. General requirements and rules for execution», in order to quote the articles, all works of reference are numbered.  References to the quoted sources in the article are given in the form of numbers in square brackets, corresponding to a number of work in the bibliographical list. Example of references to the quoted source: [1], [1, 2], [1, 2—4].

    References to the unpublished works are unacceptable.

    The list of reference is completely duplicated into English.

    Document volume:

    Article — less than 12 pages.
    Short reports — less than 5 pages.

    Articles of a higher volume can be accepted to publishing exceptionally by the decision of the Editorial Board.

    At execution of the article one should follow general rules of submission of scientific articles and documents. The book by Milchin А. E., Cheltsova L. K. Refernce book of an editor and the author. —Moscow, 2009 is recommended as a guide.

    In the articles it is necessary to use guillemets (\flqq, \frqq). Instead of a letter «ё» «е» is used, except in the last names and special cases. In the whole article all the dates are given in the following form 31.12.2002, except the date of submission.

    Moreover, it is necessary to follow the rules:

    Numbering of formulae. It is necessary to use continuous numbering of formulae, theorem, lemma, conclusions, definition and so on. It is advisable to enumerate all the formulae (the number is placed to the right margin to the text in round brackets), however it is acceptable to enumerate only those mentioned in the article. Explanation of the letters in formula is given in order of their usage in formula. It is not recommended to use the Cyrillic alphabet in a formula.

    Pictures. Black and white pictures with resolution of 300 up to 600 dpi (eps format) are accepted. Pictures are submitted with the article in the form of attachments (use compression method «zero-loss»), it helps to reduce pre-publishing time.

    Tables. Above the table the sign «Table» is given (right alignment). The table follows without indention. All tables should have references.

    The number of tables and pictures is less than 8.

  2. Russian reference guidelines for Reference List in Latin

    If the article with the reference is translated into English and published in the English version, it is necessary to mark the reference to the translated source!

    As a rule bibliographical entry of the articles has the following sequence: authors (transliteration), translation of the title into English, the title of the article (transliteration) in square brackets, name of the source (transliteration in italics), publisher’s imprint in English.

    Pay special attention to the fact that all the words except the articles, conjunctions and prepositions in the title of the articles and names of periodicals are started with capital letters.

    • subject, topic, objective of the article;
    • method and procedures for research;
    • results of research;
    • sphere of the results;
    • conclusions.

    Summary contains information of the problem to be solved, methods of solution, results and conclusions. Summary shouldn’t contain figures, diagrams, reference and funding sources with their references. Tables, formula, figures, pictures, charts, diagrams are unacceptable.

    Syntactic constructions in the text of the summary should have the language of scientific documents; one should avoid complex grammatical structures.

    The author should present the summary in English as well. Terms peculiar to foreign texts in the field are to be used in the English version of the summary.
