LABOR EFFICIENCY FACTORS: RESULTS OF STUDYING MECHANICAL ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES

The research studies, based on examining various aspects of labor efficiency, its dynamics, industrial and regional specifics, influencing factors, etc., are still relevant today. Currently, the topic is burning not only due to the national programs adopted in 2017–2019, but also due to the real needs of enterprises in reducing production costs and increasing competitiveness when solving the problems of development of the Russian economy. The article presents the results on the study of the influence of the objective factors system on the labor efficiency at mechanical engineering enterprises. The main hypothesis of the article is that the labor efficiency is influenced not only by factors associated with the revamping of major instruments and their technical level improvement, but also by factors relevant to the human, organizational and client resources of enterprises. The methodology of the study is based on the creating of a regression model, presenting independent variables as a system of factors influencing labor efficiency, and a dependent variable as a measure of labor productivity, which determines the internal content of labor efficiency.References
