Abstract

The article solves the problems of improving the methodological and organizational-planning tools of enterprise management in terms of the consistency of interaction of its subsystems and the criterion of sustainability of development with balancing properties. This justifies the development of new management functions and indicators as management functions that determine the medium- and high-tech balanced development of the enterprise. The accounting system of consistency effects of the subsystems in conditions of uncertainty factors of the 5th-6th orders and when the enterprise is included in the complex of scientific and educational objects of the post-industrial economy is proposed.

The possibilities are expanded for the organizational and planning tools for the practical implementation of the methodology using strategies and planned measures to regulate the consistency of the impacts of management functions and the interaction of subsystems inside and outside the enterprise with the aim of its transition to the conditions of the digital economy.

The proposed tools are tested at the manufacturing and radio engineering enterprises
