Abstract

The successful economic development of the regions through the development of the business
environment for over 20 years, are a priority of the economic policy of the country. However, at
present this area acquires a special status due to a number of economic and political events: first of all, this change affiliate locations of participating countries of the global economic system and, secondly, is approaching the point when the economy is built on the sale of energy begins its decline and end of the inertial process. It is well known that any initiative aimed at the development of a particular economic sector requires first and foremost the creation of favorable conditions, and this in turn leads to financial costs of state agencies interested in the development areas. In the article the basic principles of economic development and direction of economic reform regions of Russia in the nearest future, as well as the analysis of the development of Russia's financial system in terms of its structural elements (in conjunction with the analysis of the prospects for economic development and entrepreneurial activity
gives an idea about the economic platform for the future) is a scientific interest and has practical
significance.
