Abstract

The article investigates the management of high-tech commercialization of innovative products for factors reconciling the interests of producers and consumers. The authors have considered the problem of inconsistent interests of producers and consumers of such products, the problem of the irrationality of the existing methods for selecting and implementing innovative projects on economic and managerial and technical and technological conditions to reduce imbalance of these interests. The aim of the study is to develop methods to ensure control of high-tech commercialization of innovative products for factors reconciling the interests of producers and consumers to improve the efficiency of their interactions. In this article theoretical group of tasks is solved: the nature is determined and the theory of management commercialization of products such as VIP in cyclic processes reconciling the interests of producers and consumers is developed; the classification of basic concepts, their analysis, specification and study of genesis is worked out. The object of study is the complex of enterprises - producers and consumers, as the system of processes of the commercialization of products such as VIP in the forming mechanism of coordination of interests of their participants, and the subject is organizational and economic relations arising in the complex and the system. At this stage of study it can be concluded that in the literature there is no definition of “commercialization of products such as VIP”, consistent with the objective of the study. Therefore, it is given its addition. There is no acceptable classification of a complex concept of “commercialization of products such as VIP”. Therefore, to disclose its essence new features are given in the article.
