THE PRINCIPLES OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF ECONOMIC THINKING OF MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL

Introduction. Postindustrial period of development of society requires the search of new reference points in the organization management. The role of the individual in society and in a group is changed, as well as its capabilities in terms of simplification, as well as complexity in dealing with information. Maintaining and increasing management efficiency in modern conditions require orientation of managerial staff on modernized, improved management principles. The article analyzes management thought in historical aspect.
Special attention is paid to the principles of management of the scientific school of management and of the classical school of management. The author's understanding of the principles of the effective management in terms of economic thinking of managerial personnel is proposed. Methods: method of movement from the abstract to the concrete, analysis and synthesis, comparison, abstraction, generalization and specification.
Analysis and interpretation of research results. Thematic analysis of the literature on the history of management thought; abstraction and concretization of existing concepts with emphasis on the principles of H. Emerson and H.Fayol and their comparison with the substantive components of the phenomenon of economic thinking of managers, understood as a managed process and result of the economic reflection of reality; as well as generalization and specification of the own principles of the effective management in terms of economic thinking of managers. Definition of the principles of effective management in terms of economic thinking of managers. The main point of management economic thinking are given; management is not by the position, but factual; business role of subject of management (manager), the commitment to a comprehensive specialization, the development of managerial economic thinking in practice under conditions of economic systems, economic thinking is the rational thinking, there mustn’t be abuse of power in the system of ideas of a manager and in management.
