THE SYSTEM OF INDICATORS AND EVALUATION METHODS OF THE BALANCED DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The research objective is development of the theory, practice of application of methods and tools for
evaluation of financial and economic indicators of the balanced development of enterprises. The research object
is a system of functional, financial and economic indicators, relations, which forms when managing an
enterprise. To form a conceptual approach the author takes into consideration many components of the problem,
relations and their influence on each other using capabilities of cliometrics, transitive interaction via a
mediated component of development and dynamic change of significant indicators of the enterprise activity.
In the context of reformation processes in the domestic and global economy the problem of balanced development
of domestic industrial enterprises while implementing development plans and at different levels of
the Russian economy change is of great importance. In the study with the help of theoretical, practical and
modeling techniques different aspects of the development of industrial enterprises in the regions are analyzed,
an adaptive system of indicators for evaluation of the effective development of domestic industrial enterprises
is specified. The author draws a conclusion that in the context of deformed economic development
the project development enables to consider risks between a great number of participants of competitive interaction,
as well as implement dynamic development for realization of plans of balanced reformation of the
economic activity results using the most viable scheme of activity reformation in time with effective involvement
of existing resources. The formation of approaches to the creation of a system of indicators of the
enterprise development and analytical procedures for sustainable management of the industrial enterprise
development is determined by the need for theoretical and methodological justification of the change of
thought system and content of the procedures for management of the industrial enterprise development,
formed and oriented on resolving actual and potential problems of functioning and development of industrial
enterprises for further extension and the result.
