The article is devoted to the study of the organization of project financing by means of structural analysis.
The subject of research is a system of interaction between participants of the project financing during the
implementation of investment project. As the result of the conducted analysis three categories of participants
in the project financing have been distinguished: principal participants, those who provide financing, attracted
participants, those who ensure the implementation, and other partners who accompany maintenance of the
project. Special attention is paid to the detailed analysis of the role of each subject involved in the project financing.
The author formulates and studies the key functions of each participant performed by them in the
process of implementation of large-scale projects using project financing. This allows understanding their
primary purpose and identifying some areas of responsibility: participants who are responsible for the financing
of the project, and those who are to ensure efficient project infrastructure. Analysis of these aspects helps
identify the relationship of each category of participants with a specially created project company, supporting
and ensuring the effective implementation of the project, including financial support and the contractual relationship
between them.
