COMPLEX EXPRESS TECHNIQUE OF FORMATION AND ASSESSMENT OF THE GOALS ON INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF AN ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY THROUGH THE USE OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN MANAGEMENT

In the era of information and digital technologies new techniques are required for development of the theory of management which will allow to adapt it to new conditions of the present-day scientific reality. As one of such techniques the article suggests a complex express technique of formation and assessment of the goals on increasing efficiency of an enterprise activity through the use of modern information technologies in management of SPPR "Choice", combining the principles of MBO and SMART, as well as theories "Tree of Goals" and "Tree of Decisions", and the method of hierarchies’ analysis. The express the characteristic of the complex technique means its promptness. This characteristic will allow managers to apply the complex technique in a usual operating mode to forming, assessing and choosing the goals on increasing efficiency of an enterprise activity through the use of modern information technologies in management. The complex express technique has been tested on the case of the Hotel Economy, LLC enterprise. Specially trained experts from among the enterprise’s managers were involved in realization of the technique. As a result of application of the technique "Goal 7: Development of Efficient Advertizing for Promoting the Enterprise in the Market and Increasing the Number of Guests" was assessed as the best one. The results of the conducted research proved the increased efficiency of activity of the enterprise.References
