FACTORS FOR FORMATION OF AN EFFICIENT INNOVATIVE ENVIRONMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE FOR INDUSTRY 4.0

The article considers the problem of formation of an innovative environment of an industrial enterprise under conditions of implementing the concept of Industry 4.0. The goal of the research is to develop a model of formation of an efficient innovative environment of an industrial enterprise, taking into account the possibility of implementation of all types of innovations in all spheres of the enterprise’s activities in functional directions. Upon results of analyzing the role of innovative environment of an industrial enterprise in implementing the strategy of its innovative development, key problems of multi-sided nature of issues of formation of innovative environment’s structure have been determined from the position of interaction of all participants of the innovative process. Specificities of establishment and development of such a concept as “innovative environment” which are the basis for proposal and justification of its proprietary interpretation with taking into account the specificity of industrial enterprises’ activity and innovations implemented by it have been considered. Based on formulation of the key requirements mandatory for consideration, a model of formation of an efficient innovative environment of an industrial enterprise has been proposed taking into account the interconnection of its internal and external environments, with the possibility of dividing the latest on factors of direct and indirect impact, as well as with scientific component of formation of the innovative development strategy at all levels of interaction between participants of the innovative process. The developed model allows efficiently implementing innovations in all spheres of an industrial enterprise’s activity by functional directions, taking into account the assessment of the value of total innovative potential, formed under the effect of the company’s internal and external environments.References
