APPLICATION OF THE CONCEPTS OF DYNAMIC CAPABILITY AND WEAK MARKET SIGNALS TO FORM A METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

The article considers the problem of forming a methodological approach to management of an industrial enterprise in modern conditions, characterized by a high level of variability and uncertainty of the environment, both external and internal. The authors present the solution to this problem based on the concept of an enterprise’s dynamic capabilities, refine the definition of the latter and reveal their characteristics. The researchers propose an approach to managing an industrial enterprise, which allows to make proactive decisions through using tools for predicting the future environment changes according to weak signals. The authors suggest a block-scheme of an algorithm of the industrial enterprise management based on its dynamic capabilities. This research provides a matrix of managerial decisions, including a pool of possible strategies for managing an industrial enterprise by the criterion of its dynamic capabilities.References
