Abstract

The article considers peculiarities of legal consciousness formation and display
in Russia under the influence of informational flows generated by mass media
environment as well as globalization tendencies. It touches upon the issue of legal
relations subjectivity in modern Russia where a certain desire of a private individual
and political institutes play within one legal framework. The author makes
a conclusion on leading role of mass media in the process of Russian people legal
consciousness formation in the modern conditions.
