In this article we will try to identify some of important trends associated with
the formation of a formal field of symbolic politics in the USSR from 1985 to 1987.
In the analysis of the symbolism of perestroika we base on the concept of symbolic
power of Pierre Bourdieu and the work Lynn Hunt on the analysis of the diffusion
of revolutionary rhetoric during the French Revolution.
