Abstract

Social inequality in the consumption of medical services in the world today can
be reproduced from Institutes of Health, and the behavior of patients. In the article
inequality in modern Russia in the field of health is described by T. Zaslavskaya
thesis about the coexistence of two systems of stratification: the traditional paternalistic
and modern market.

and Sociology, South-Ural State (Research) University (Chelyabinsk), (co)author of one monograph and more than ten articles. Research interests: sociology of health,
