The chelyabinsk regional board of lawyers in the world war ii: specificity of professional activities

Abstract

The article discusses the main organizational forms and types of professional activities of the South Ural lawyers in the Word War II. The peculiarities of the important position that legal helps lawyers provided in the “class line”. The notes that in time the war the volume of professional, social-mass work of lawyers of the Chelyabinsk Regional Board increased, especially in relation soldiers, their families and war invalids. Revealed that in time war the integration processes Of advocacy into the general structure of the new Soviet legal system accelerated, government actively used the South Ural lawyers to decision important social problem.
