Promotion of healthy lifestyles in the work of clubs (1985—2000s): the materials of Bashkortostan

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical problem of promoting a healthy lifestyle (HLS). A wide range of possibilities in its implementation have clubs. In this regard, the paper reveals the role of clubs in promoting healthy lifestyles since 1985 to the present. On the basis of archival and published materials of Bashkortostan analyzes the various forms and methods of this direction of club work, its regulatory framework, the degree of development in different time periods. It turns out that if 1985-1991 HLS promotion has intensified and has taken on new forms, compared to the pre-perestroika period, in the crisis of the 1990-ies it has been unjustly forgotten. Only since the late 1990s, there has been a revival of this activity clubs. The author comes to the conclusion that, despite the large amount of club work to promote healthy life, it has not yet become systematic, often a mere formality
