Michael Romanov’s election on the kingdom as the historiographic problem

Abstract

Article is devoted an illumination problem, in a domestic pre-revolutionary historiography, process
of election of Michael Fedorovicha Romanov on a kingdom. The author analyzes various conceptual
approaches to the given problem, defines their ideological interrelation. In article transformation of
sights of historians in a context of sociopolitical processes of the end XVIII prior to the beginning
of the XX-th century is revealed. The author does a conclusion, that the classical historiography of
a problem describes a problem, adherence to the approaches which have settled in a science and
schemes. The given approaches have been caused by natural historical tradition in a historiography
leaning on state Tradition that epoch. The author proves, that for innovative, modern historiographic
approaches it is necessary to differentiate a context of the researcher and a research context that will
allow to leave on new level of theoretical judgement of history of studying of a question.
