The article provided the historical and graphical analysis of the studied problem in the contents of
orthography and comparison of “Khyagas” and “Kyrgyz” ethnonyms. The author tried to define the
data of Chinese chronicles on the aristocratic clan of Yenisei Kyrgyz that narrates: “Khagyas is not
the great clan”. The author compared and analyzed the data of Chinese chronicles on the Khagyas
State, “Khagyas Dynasty”, and the aristocratic clan “Khagyas” with the information about Kyrgyz,
given by the Persian historian Gardezi who characterized them like six formation ethnos. The author
tried to explain the historical sources contradictions in peculiarities of the nomad political system. The
problems of ethnogeny and ethno genetic associations of Yenisei Kyrgyz and Minusin Tatars were
studied. The author tried to prove that Yenisei Kyrgyz were named as Kangorai Kyrgyz bygone.
