Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Soviet Union’s award practice in relation to citizens
of foreign countries during the Great Patriotic War and was written on the basis of new archival
data. In the article the authors consider the chronology of awards for the war years and for the states
participants, an analysis of the award practice is presented.
