Focus and scope of journal

The main objective of a scientific journal SUSU Bulletin, series Law is to highlight the latest studies in the filed of jurisprudence and to publish scientific articles devoted to a wide range of problems as well as comments on theses and reviews of monographs. Published materials meet the requirements of topicality in Russia and abroad, they have a strong theoretical basis, and a practical use in the analysis of law enforcement.

Scientific articles are characterized by the variety of authors from different countries, among them there are well-known scholars, postgraduates and degree-seeking students not only from the Ural region, but from Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities of Russia and foreign countries as well.

Providing topical issues SUSU Bulletin series Law solves the following problems:

• Introduction of the latest achievements in the sphere of jurisprudence to the readers;
• Exchange of leading specialists’ views;
• Current presentation of theory and practice;
• Presentation of information about the most important events (congresses, conferences, publishing of monographs);
• Publishing of the results of research conducted by the graduates.
