Abstract

The article considers the issues related to the specific features of the legal regulation of fire safety in the Russian Federation. Current ideas about the administrative and technical standards in the field of fire safety are analyzed. Technical standards are argued to have a regulating effect on administrative and legal relations in case of their attachment to the regulations.
