Abstract

The article shows the psychological aspects that are refracted through the special
knowledge of forensic specialists in the performance of their duties at the incedent scene. The issues
of solving such a confrontation contribute to the greatest comfort for the goals and solving the tasks
facing both the investigator and the forensic specialist while inspecting the scene. Specific organizational ways of resolving such a difficult situation from a psychological point of view of the interaction of the inspection participants are proposed.
