Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of Federal Law No. 247-FZ dated 07/31/2020 "On
Mandatory requirements in the Russian Federation" applicable to the establishment of mandatory requirements in municipal regulatory legal acts on the examples of decisions of the Chelyabinsk City
Duma, and concludes that it is advisable to endow representative bodies of a municipal entity with
competence to adopt procedures for establishing and evaluating the application of mandatory requirements on territory of the municipality.
