Abstract

The content includes the basic theses of the report designed to reflect the main essence
of the author’s work, presented at the defense of his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Synergetic
concept of state understanding” in specialty 5.1.1. Theoretical and historical legal sciences, which
took place on May 17, 2023 at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow). A number of
