Abstract

Fundamental concepts of personal theory are considered; integration of views of outstanding psychologists to the theory of law is suggested for better understanding of behavioral complexity of a man.

Lilia Fanisovna Ivanova, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation

was born on November 9, 1776. In 2007 she defended a candidate?s thesis in Psychological and tactical aspects of claim for identification in criminal procedure of Russia. Now she is an associate professor of Theory and History of State and Law Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 20 publications. Research interests: legal psychology, criminalistics
