Abstract

Structural elements of legal mechanism of ensuring constitutional rights and freedom of a man and a citizen in the Russian Federation are studied in the context of its static and dynamic points.

Evgeny Vladimirovich Kirichek, Academy of Management of the Interior Ministry of Russia.

graduated from Tumen Law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in 2000. In 2003 he defended his candidate?s thesis in Protection and security of constitutional rights and freedom of a man and citizen in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (on the basis of Ural federal district). Now he is a postdoctoral student of State Legal Disciplines Department of the Academy of Management of the Interior Ministry of Russia. He is the author of 110 publications
