Abstract

The analysis of provisions of Chapter 40.1 of the Criminal procedure code of the Russian federation and their correspondence to other regulatory acts is made. Specific variant of improvement of Chapter 3 Article 317.7 of the Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation is given.

Maria Evgenievna Kubrikova, Smolensk University for Humanities

was born on May 27, 1987. In 2009 she graduated from Saratov State Academy of Law, Smolensk branch. Now she is a post graduate student of Criminal Law and Procedure Department of Smolensk University for Humanities, senior investigator of Investigation department of Smolensk of Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation in the Smolensk region. Research interests: criminal procedure.
