ON THE ISSUE OF CERTIFICATION OF EVIDENCE PLACED IN THE INTERNET INFORMATION AND TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK

Abstract

The article discusses current issues of using notarization of evidence generated and
posted on the Internet information and telecommunications network. The author focuses on studying
the work of online services for remote notarization of evidence, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, analyzes in detail the functions of applications of software complexes using the example of
the functions of the ShotApp application and the Webjustice.ru service. It also raises questions of the
evidentiary value of materials generated through the use of these services, their evaluation and verification by the court.
